Return, Exchange and Refund

How do I return/exchange an item?

1    Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not be able to take any request which is raised post 30 days.
2    Return and Exchange will be processed at the order level only rather than on a product-by-product basis.
3    Kindly note that we will no longer be able to accommodate return and exchange requests on a product-by-product basis.

Note: Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept return or exchange for these categories.

4    Exchange details: We do not have product exchange policy in place as of now. One can only exchange the same item with another size.
5    Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you have received an item that is wrong, missing, or defective, we kindly request that you initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide you with a solution.

Please note- Complaint post 48 hours will not be entertained.

7    We will arrange free pick up of the order. The option of return and exchange is unavailable in “My account” section as of now because we are updating our website and application.
8    Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
9    Following products shall not be eligible for return and exchange:

•    Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery.
•    Any item that have been worn or washed.

10    Sometimes the pin codes are not serviceable for the pickup. In that scenario we would request you to kindly self-ship the return items to the below address. We will refund you ₹100 in the form of a coupon code.

REFUND

11    For Cash on Delivery order we have 3 refund option which are stated below. Prepaid order refunds are done in the source account.

•    Bank transfer
•    UPI ID
•    Coupon Code

1    How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be initiated from the date of courier being received in our warehouse within 48 working hours and credited in your bank account/UPI/source account/coupon within 5-7 working days after initiation.
