Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Ibban.com, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return, Refund and Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.

We recommend that you read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include original tags, packaging, and any accessories delivered with the item
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

We may refuse returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Personal care, hygiene-sensitive, or other excluded items where clearly stated on the product page

If any product is marked as non-returnable on the website, that condition will apply.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted where the delay prevents proper verification.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer general product-for-product exchanges.

If exchange service is available for a specific item, it will only apply to the same product in another available size, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the return may be handled according to our refund process instead.

6. How to Request a Return

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

7. Return Approval and Return Method

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Where available, we may arrange a return collection. If collection is not available in your location, you may be asked to send the item back using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team.

Customers should not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will assist with the return process and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Any reimbursement of return shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated by our support team during the return process.

9. Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected once received.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, we may reject the return or reduce the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

10. Refund Method

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout whenever possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot receive the refund, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method where legally and operationally possible.

11. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 48 business hours.

After the refund is initiated, it may take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

12. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it may no longer be canceled and the return process will apply instead, subject to this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
